The hotel's location is perfect and excellent, close to the crossroad of two major Belgian highways. It was easy to reach and surrounded by nice restaurants and bars, making it convenient for exploring the city center.

It was well laid out, fully functional and with enough space even for a family of 4.

The property was pleasant with friendly and excellent co-operating staff with good customer service, I truly enjoyed the stay. The setting was good and excellent, short walk to downtown restaurants and the crossroad of 2 of the main Belgian highways, easy to reach.

The hotel turned out to be very nice. It is located both within walking distance of the station and the city center. (However, the city center itself is very small.) The hotel is modern, the room is quite comfortable. Breakfast for this level of hotels is also very good. The Internet was working quite well. In general, the hotel experience is almost the most positive.

There aren't too many drawbacks. I would like to have more shelves for things and better-quality Wi-Fi. But Wi-Fi with an open network usually has disadvantages with connections on different devices almost always. In general, not immediately, but in the end, Wi-Fi worked fine.

The location within Hasselt was great. In the midst of shops and restaurants. IIt was quiet. The free continental breakfast was amazing - better than many we have paid for.

Website said 11 km from Tongeren but it was 30+. Still an easy drive but misleading. The beds were uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly. Room was generally clean and the hotel was conveniently located for town centre and railway station.

Sheets were marked, plastic cups not cleared away when room was cleaned.

Had a functional and brand-new room with sweeping views over rooftops. The location was nice, walking distance to restaurants and bars.- An attached restaurant was small.

The hotel has very attentive and respectful staff members who provide good customer service. The location is close to the main shopping area, the railway station, and the city center.

I have stayed there before and the same high standard prevails. The reception staff are VERY VERY helpful and fiendly, as are the breakfast staff. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Holiday Inn have managed to purchase the most comfortable mattresses that you could wish for, I experienced the same at a recent stay at the HIE at Poole.
